To conduct research and analysis on Clients’ products, services, and markets, enabling better articulation of value propositions.
c. Workflow Optimisation
To enhance internal efficiency in areas such as project management, client onboarding, and content delivery.
d. Innovation & Experimentation
To trial and assess new AI technologies that may improve service quality. All experimentation will be handled responsibly and will not compromise confidentiality or integrity.
3. Safeguards and Standards
To ensure quality, confidentiality, and professional integrity, Gridwork Marketing adheres to the following safeguards:
- No Autonomous Decisions: AI will never be used to make decisions regarding strategy, content, or advice without human oversight. All such decisions are made by qualified personnel.
- Human Review: All AI-generated or AI-influenced content is reviewed, edited, and approved by Gridwork Marketing staff before being used or shared.
- Trusted Platforms: Only reputable, commercially licensed AI platforms with robust data usage controls and privacy features are used.
- Data Protection: Client data is never submitted to public or open-source AI tools that could store or reuse the data for model training. Proprietary or sensitive information remains strictly confidential.
